By downloading, accessing, or using the Bdrider website or mobile application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide, maintain, and improve our services across our website and mobile application:

a) Personal Information

Name and User IDs: To create and manage your Bdrider account.
Email Address: For account verification, order receipts, notifications, and customer support.
Phone Number: For SMS authentication, order delivery coordination, loan eligibility inquiries, and showroom communications.
Address Information: Physical shipping address (division, district, upazila, and street address) for spare parts, gear, and accessory orders.

b) Financial and Transaction Information

Purchase History: Records of products ordered, invoices, delivery status, and order amounts through the Bdrider shop.
Loan Eligibility Information: Monthly income or salary details voluntarily submitted when using the bike loan calculator and eligibility feature.
Note: We do not store credit card numbers or banking passwords. Payments are processed securely via cash on delivery or regulated third-party payment gateways.

c) Photos, Files, and Documents

Photos: Profile avatars, motorcycle photos, and user review images uploaded via your device camera or photo library.
Documents: Trade licenses, proof of ownership, or business documents uploaded voluntarily by showroom owners or loan applicants for identity verification.

d) Device Information and Identifiers

Device & Notification IDs: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) registration tokens to deliver push notifications regarding order updates, price changes, and bike alerts.
Technical Information: Device model, operating system version, network status, and app performance data.

e) App Activity and Content

User Activity: Saved favorite motorcycles, garage bikes, comparison lists, and recent in-app search queries.
User-Generated Content: Motorcycle reviews, mileage ratings, showroom feedback, and community posts submitted publicly.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

To operate, maintain, and improve the Bdrider platform and mobile app.
To manage user accounts and authenticate logins.
To fulfill orders and coordinate courier delivery of motorcycle accessories and parts.
To calculate bike loan eligibility and facilitate connections with authorized showrooms.
To deliver push notifications and alerts (which you can disable in your device settings).
To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services and SDKs

Our mobile application and website integrate trusted third-party service providers:

Google Firebase (Firebase Cloud Messaging): Used to deliver push notifications to your mobile device. (Google Privacy Policy)
Courier & Delivery Partners: To fulfill and deliver physical orders placed in the Bdrider shop.
Payment Providers: Regulated payment gateways used to process transactions securely.

4. Data Security

All communication between the Bdrider mobile app, website, and our servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS / HTTPS). We implement strict security measures to protect stored data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

5. User Account and Data Deletion (Google Play Compliance)

We respect your right to control your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated personal information at any time:

Inside the Mobile App: Go to Settings / Profile → Delete Account.
Via Web Portal: You can submit a deletion request directly through our public account deletion page: https://bdrider.com/account-deletion .

Upon receiving your deletion request, your profile, personal details, saved bikes, and credentials will be permanently deleted from our active databases within 30 days, except for transaction records required to be retained under applicable tax and financial laws.

6. Children’s Privacy

Bdrider does not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
