Can I recover my account after deletion?
No. Once the grace period expires and the deletion request is finalized, the account cannot be recovered. You would need to register a brand new account.
How do I request deletion from the mobile app?
In the Bdrider Android/iOS app, navigate to Settings → Privacy & Account → Delete Account, or submit your registered phone number directly through this webpage.
What if I don't remember my account credentials?
Simply enter the mobile phone number or email you used to register. Our support verification system will match the records and process the deletion.
