Tour Guide & Route Itinerary

The Ultimate Hill Ride in Bangladesh

Known as the Roof of Rangamati, Sajek Valley is arguably the crown jewel of motorcycle touring in Bangladesh. Perched high along the Mizoram border ridge, Sajek presents an unforgettable combination of high-altitude hill sweeps, tribal culture, and morning mist valleys.

Convoy Timings & Protocol

Riders must assemble at the Baghaihat Army Camp checkpost to join the mandatory security convoy. Current convoy departures from Baghaihat to Sajek are strictly scheduled at 10:30 AM and 02:30 PM daily. Riders must carry valid driving license, bike registration, and tax token photocopies.

Rider Preparation

Inspect your motorcycle brake pads, clutch cables, and tire tread depth before ascending Dighinala hill pass. Downshifting and active engine braking are essential to prevent brake fading during steep downhill hairpins.

Rider Safety & Route Advisory

Strictly adhere to convoy rules; honk on blind hairpin corners; never overtake heavy army or chander gari vehicles on blind curves.
